This is one of the best banks in San Luis Obispo. I have a business account here & a personal account as well. I like to keep my accounts in local California banks. At Pacific Premier Bank all the tellers go out of their way to be helpful & friendly. I've never had to wait in line more than a minute or two as even the management will jump in & help if things get busy so that their customers are taken care of. Just another way Pacific Premier Bank lets you know your business is important to them. I really love to go in on Friday when they have cookies for their customers. Of course I also enjoy Ashley's big smile & excellent service but I can't resist the cookies! What a great bank, right?

Went in to cash a check and received some bad service. The teller was very rude. The owner reached out to me and made me feel that it was a fluke incident. I'm sure they're a reliable business. Thanks for the phone call.

Unsurpassed customer service!
At a time when a lot of banks don't even want you to come inside, it is so nice to feel welcome at PPB. They have plenty of tellers on so I've never had to wait in line and I know I can ask for help with any aspect of my banking needs. Plus, the parking makes my trips in quick and so easy!

This Bank is fantastic! I bank at a few other places and this is by far the best customer experience at any bank I have dealings with. The people that work here will go out of their way to assist you, they always greet you with a hello and a smile. You will never wait in a long line because someone in the back will always come up to assist. That’s pretty far in itself. Fatima and McKinley and the entire staff is awesome. In today's times where online rules our interactions (yes, I know I am leaving an online review) and authentic customer service is truly a thing of the past, PPBI stands out as the exception. Truthfully I rarely go into the bank but when I do it is always a positive experience. Shout out to Marci who suggested a better option for a checking account we rarely use (without us asking).
