So far I'm happy.They are very easy to talk with and get ahold of when you call or email. Wish some accounts get settled faster but I do need more money in my escrow account. They settled 3 accounts pretty fast, and 2 more a month or so later. I have no real complaints because I would recommend them. I'm not gonna change to another company. EVERYBODY knows the details to answer questions. I'd give them about a 4.7 star rating right now with their performance. Things keep moving like they are they might have rating go to 5 and again I recommend giving them a call...

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the entire experience and the final outcome, of my business with Pacific Debt Relief. From the inception of my program in April/May of 2024, until the final settlements negotiated in early 2025, every single individual I worked with has been stellar. The staff is rude if you don’t understand something and ask questions. I wish I would have never enrolled with this company. I also see the response to only the positive reviews vs trying to make things right with dissatisfied customers. So that should speak volumes to the people considering using this company. Their fees are higher than most and they hide a lot as well. Their communication is nonexistent unless you call them. And when you do call they are condescending run from this group.

I received a phone call from Julia who apologized for my experience and offered her contact information as well. I feel much comfort in knowing that someone is paying attention and hears people’s concerns and frustrations. This is such a relief. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

So, pretty new to PDR, but have to say I am very concerned by how hard it is to get to your account manager or client services. Constntly goes to VM. Thought this was a reputable firm, but seems like just the rest of the bottom feeders, once they have your contract, hasta la vista baby.

Pacific Debt has helped me when I thought I'd have to claim bankruptcy. They explain everything so that you know the steps involved in helping you. They have been a Godsend. My account was with Jill. One of the nicest people I've met. The type of person that you wish could be your friend. I miss talking to her. You also have a website to check what's going on with your account. Please consider checking this company out. You won't regret it!

In January 2023, I reached out to Pacific Debt Relief to help me get out of debt and signed up with an account with them. I ensured when I spoke to Richard which I had several phone calls before making this step and be one of their customers. After I signed about 1.5 year my situation had changed and had Family Medical needs. I realized I no longer can resume making $550 a month. I called them and asked to withdraw from the program as I was told they charge their fees monthly so im case I need to withdraw from the program I can get my money. However, I had approx $8,000.00 im my secure account with cftpay. When I called and spoke with Chris he said that I’m only looking for $2,000 in refund as they rest of the money will be their 20% settlement fees. I explained that I was never told that and discussed my conversation with Richard but we were getting no where. I told him it’s not fair they put me in more debt and take my money and charge 3 years ahead of service not going to be provided. Altough, I have Family Emergency to take care of. I’m failing complaints against Pacific Debt Relief and CFT Pay who manage my account. It hurts when you trust what they say and be with them 1.5year and they play games afterward. I need my full refund back $6,258.93 back. I’m not letting them play with my money and family needs. This is the initial complain and will be taken further until this issue is resolved.
