I had an excellent experience with Jordan and his team at Pacific Coast Injury Lawyer. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for my case. As someone who tends to be anxious, I really appreciated how much he helped ease the stress of the situation. Jordan was absolutely incredible to work with. We were hesitant to hire a lawyer, but after meeting with him - he calmed us down and assured us that the process would be a good one and beneficial to us. Every doctor he referred us to was outstanding and we got the care and concern that we needed, that the insurance company wasn't allowing us to seek. Jordan explained the entire process well, was super communicative and helpful. We received our final offers and they are better than anything we could have imagined. I am so grateful to Jordan for all the work he did to support me in getting my settlement. I was injured in an accident, and found myself dealing with complicated insurance companies, along with the other party's unresponsiveness. The system is difficult and very stressful to navigate, especially while recovering from an injury. Jordan took my case and I didn't have to do the work anymore. It was such a weight off of my shoulders (literally, because I had sustained shoulder injuries).
Jordan is kind. He listens, he answers questions in a way that is articulate and easy to understand. He is empathetic and efficient. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. It also helps that he is local and very responsive. While I hope I never need an injury attorney again, if I do, he will be the person that I call.
