I've been with Pacific Capital for two years now. I have trust and confidence in my experience with everyone there. Being a widow, I have put my finances in their fully capable hands. I appreciate the timely contact concerning the market ups and downs. They have taken my needs into account and not pushed me out of my comfort zone. They take care of me and that is something I value and appreciate. They are friendly and knowledgeable in their positions, each member of Pacific Capital staff. I can highly recommend Pacific Capital. My personal experience with Chad Willardson specifically has been excellent. He is very reliable and professional, and takes the management of clients portfolios very seriously, while at the same time remaining personable and likeable. He makes a concerted effort to reach out and make sure clients are taken care of, and are not lost in the mix as just another number. They offer a comprehensive variety of services, and I feel they are very trustworthy, and abide by applicable laws and policies.
