2020 I was poisoned at the Ihop in Framingham due to the dishwasher malfunction, I decided to handle this diplomatically. For over three years the representative requesting for a medical report and then offered me $1,500, out for over a month, I own my company and I lost clients. I tried to do things right. She thought that she was smart to prolong my claim, but by doing so she violated my rights. I see why people get a lawyer to sue the hell out of these big companies.

I filed a claim with them and it's been almost three months. I have tried to resolve this but it's been so difficult. Finally the senior adjuster sent an email apologizing for the delay and said he would review and get back with me. As of today I am still waiting. We are getting bills from the hospital and we don't want to go to collections. I don't understand why they are taking so long. I just don't understand why.

I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with w a claims rep who apparently was assigned to my family members case after a former employee who had my family members case was let go. Her name is Kristina. Kristina was assigned my family members case and has done ABSOLUTELY nothing for her case beside give out a non working email multiple times. Kristina fails to return any and all phone calls pertaining to this case. Phone calls and voicemails that go unanswered to just do something as simple as clarify an email address. If your family member is injured in anyway and a claim is started with this company and the rep your assigned is Kristina… RUN! I can’t speak on the company as whole but if they hired this lady well that speaks volumes not mention they seem to not have the best reviews from what I can see on google. Kristina will return your call if you call her and leave yet ANOTHER voicemail but this time call her out on her poor worth ethic she will call back to defend herself and accuse you the person looking for answers as to why she never comes to work , she will say your harassing me! Kristina word of advice treat all the annoying claims on your desk like you would your own family member!
