I would like to inform the owner of this company to hire a better skills, customer service or sales agent. I called this morning to request a one day event a This lady Irene did not want to help me. She start yelling at me when I ask her questions about the coverage I need. I told her to let me speak to someone else she says no that she was the only one working there, I just wanted to let you know she’s not good for your business .

Worst Customer service ever! They started off so friendly and nice and acted like they would take care of everything so quickly, and then did NOTHING. I talked to a lady named Erica at first who I told her what I was looking for, and where I was and what exactly I needed. She said yes no problem. Tells me to apply online and what exactly to put so her team would understand which kind that I would need, I call back to make sure they got it and they said yes and that I would get right on it. 9 Hours later I still had not heard anything - so I reached back out. This time I got a man who was hard to understand and who sounded like he was sleep the whole phone call and I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or not as he would mumble very softly. I find out that in fact they cannot help me because what I was looking for their carrier doesn't do in Texas....Took this man literally 5 minutes to find this out and tell me. Now I have wasted a whole day waiting to hear from them and now I have nothing for my upcoming event, when clearly they could have told me sooner and I could have tried other options. Total waste of time, I would stay away from them since clearly they are not very prompt...makes you realize after you get them what kind of horrible experience you might get!

Stay Away! They were helpful when it comes to collecting premium and issuing the certificate of insurance, however disappearred and were completely non-responsive when it came to cancelling and issuing refunds. We changed the event venue so we asked for cancellation and refund. We tried to follow up multiple times via emails and phones. Most of times they were non-responsive. When they did pick up the phone, we were told the generic "we are looking into it and your refund will be issued soon", but that never happened even after following up for over a month. Finally we ended up disputing the transction with my credit card company. Stay Away!

I was so grateful to find this company when I took on the role as maid of honor for my sister’s wedding. Having the security helped put her mind at ease, and she was able to focus on the happiest day of her life! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, I was able to get all of my questions answered since this was my first time getting single day event insurance. Their customer service really stood out to me, and made me feel guaranteed I made the right choice going with them. I’d definitely recommend them considering their coverage plans can protect so much. If you’re looking for friendliness, reliability, and excellent service, then look no further.

Super quick and easy to use. I needed liability insurance and this came through quickly. Also had a very good customer experience with their service reps who I called to make sure I was getting all the right coverages in place and even though I got the certificate and was done with my transaction, they took the time and walked me through all the details afterwards. The other good thing was that all the policies are from reputable insurance providers - which is super important because I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t just providing a certificate to the venue for my event but was actually adequately covered

Where to even begin with One Day Event Insurance? Reliable, hardworking, caring, and passionate about their customers’ needs would be an understatement. I personally had the pleasure of working with employee, Zeshan Jeewanjee, who completely exceeded my expectations. He was always just a phone call or email away whenever I had a question or concern. I had a more unique insurance request, as this was for an outdoor fundraiser, and Zeshan acted as the liaison between me and the venue allowing me to have a completely stress-free experience. He worked so hard to make sure all requests were met, and as I mentioned, exceeded my expectations. One Day Insurance even donated to the cause (so selfless!) I would recommend this company to anyone and will surely be working with them again.
