They are so incredibly rude. I got laid off from my job and told them I’m waiting on a check that unfortunately arrived 20 days after my car payment was due. They did not care what so ever. No empathy, not willing to work with me. They ended up repossessing my car when I was only 20 days behind AND I explained my situation but they did not care. Frank I hope you see this. You are a terrible human. And stop breathing so damn heavy on the phone. You sound unhealthy.

The first person I had talked to when I explained what happened she was very understandable. Today I talked to someone and he was very rude. I told him what I told her explain I have my money coming just because of mix scheduling it was gonna be later and he was still just being rude for no reason when I was just trying to have a discussion.

These people are the worst. I bought an 8,000.00 car that ended up being 12,000.00 financed over 4 years. I only owed 1,000.00 balance when they didn't process my payment same day but many days later and it bounced. I never missed a payment for 4 years. It was paid with a debit card and should of come off same day. I am 64 and disabled veteran. I only get one payment a month. When I check my balance to know what money I have to spend I assume anything I used my debit card with come out same day. When it bounced they told me I can no longer pay by check or debit card I now have to go to my bank and get a money order and mail it to them. Very unfriendly and doesn't work with you at all. I am a disabled veteran.
I do not recommend them for financing anything.

I see alot of bad reviews and I personally never had an issue with this company.

I got my car a few months before the Covid-19 Pandemic and of course, i fell short on a few payments. By short I mean I never pay ON TIME they usually call me 10 days after and I make the payment.

There has been times where I needed a few more days to come up with the payment and I never had an issue communicating and rescheduling a payment date. This is even after the 10 day late payment call.

They never reported a late payment on my credit and my payment history is 100% with them.

Not once have they came to steal my car, but then again, my mechanic removed that GPS longggggg ago lol.

I have to assume those of you who get your car "stolen" haven't done this. Also, if they are coming for your car you were probably SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT on your monthly payments. Not saying it's right but they can well take your car.

This is coming from someone who NEEDED ontimefinancial because my credit was already bad this why i had to get a semi-decent vehicle from them which i also often have to minor repairs nothing major, yet.

In all reality the people who are complaining about this company are probably not good with managing their finances or communicating with the company about potential gaps in pay, loss of income, rescheduling payments, etc.

Thus, those bad reviews should go to yourselves as you need to be more serious about your finances and especially how things affect your credit.

Btw, im only 23 years old and African-American. Not as that matters but do better people.

Trying to get help with my recently deceased mother’s vehicle that has a lien with with this company. Ferdinand repeatedly tried to get me off the phone without helping. He finally said he would get in touch with his legal team and follow up after I refused to accept his attempts to dismiss me and my inquiry. He called me back a week later and said they are not interested in helping me because they have broken even on the deal and are not losing any money & that I need to get a lawyer.

I explained I am in another state and the car is in possession of someone who my mother (the owner) had a restraining order against. I stopped expecting any help from Ferdinand or his company when he responded with “if that’s true....” Horrible service and lack of empathy from this “manager.”

This place is absolutely horrible. I had a car financed through them for over a year, never missed a payment, the one time I was a few weeks(Not even a month) late on my payment, they came and STOLE the car back. Then had the nerve, still within that month, to notify me saying I could get my car back if I payed that months and the next month's(which wasn't due yet) within a few days. I told to keep their POS car, that had been having electrical issues since I got it. They are very rude, no customer service and are truly scammers. But, I know karma will get that while staff in the end.

I paid off my car in less than a year and a half. I never received the title to my car. So I call and ask about it. She says well it was mailed. So now She says I need to drive to her office and pay $10 for something that has to be notarized so that I can get my title. Even though I never got the original. Definitely a scam.

Worst company to do business with! I don’t even think their behavior is legal. Their treatment Is inhumane. They are no help, if you are in a bind. Carina is a spineless cruel woman. One day all the horrible stuff she tells people will come back to her. This company should be shut down they know nothing about customer service nor how to treat people. Please I’m begging whom ever reads this, do not do business with them. Do not give them a penny of your hard earned money.
