I was referred to Doreen by a coworker. I had several tax issues I needed help with and was feeling very overwhelmed. The year prior I had had dealt with the IRS directly and although they were kind and willing to work with me, they were unwilling to sit down and go over the last several years worth of tax returns to see where the issue had arisen. Needless to say, I was quite nervous of the approaching tax year. I made an appointment with Doreen. Once I arrived, I brought all my paperwork with me, including several pieces of unopened mail. Within minutes she was able to look through my paperwork, called the IRS directly, have all the information faxed over. She was able to file my 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018 taxes. Reduced the amount that I owed by half and was still able to get my state refunds sent to me. It was a very comfortable process, she explained everything clearly and concisely. I walked out of that office so happy having that weight lifted off my shoulders. Her prices were extremely reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone else and have already recommended her to several friends.
