Title: "Unpleasant Encounter with OMarshals Property Management"

My recent interaction with OMarshals Property Management was regrettably far from satisfactory. From the very beginning of our interaction, it was evident that the company's customer service is severely lacking.

Primarily, the phone etiquette at OMarshals is nothing short of dreadful. The individual answering the phone exhibited a lack of courtesy and helpfulness, responding with brevity and an uncooperative attitude to any attempts at seeking information.

Compounding the frustration was an individual I'll refer to as Bud, as he refused to provide his name. Instead of offering assistance, Bud seemed more focused on completing my sentences, leading to confusion. It became clear that my inquiries were not being addressed in the direction I intended. To exacerbate matters, when Bud eventually acknowledged his mistake, he abruptly offered assistance and, curiously, began clicking the phone as if a faulty connection had been established. This peculiar behavior only added to the overall unprofessionalism of the encounter.

The entirety of this experience left me with the sensation of having stepped into a time warp, prompting me to dub them the "60's group." It is apparent that OMarshals Property Management is entrenched in a bygone era, evident in both their communication style and their grasp of customer service principles.

Moreover, it is essential to emphasize a troubling observation: if you are a person of color, especially black, brown, or indigenous, exercise caution when dealing with OMarshals. The company's outdated practices and lack of cultural sensitivity contribute to an environment that is not only unprofessional but also unwelcoming. Prospective clients, especially those from diverse backgrounds, should approach engagements with this company with heightened awareness.

Raw sewage flood in my apartment, as well as apartments 2 and 3. Its been over a month since we were vacated so repairs could be made. No repairs have been made. We were also forced to clean up the unsanitary mess ourselves and still nobody has come to do a thorough cleaning. They also entered my apartment without notice. Getting any response from them has been tiring. We were also told they dont pay for relocation costs. So they took last months rent and we weren't even in the apartment. Have asked a few times about reimbursement for hotel and the rent, no answers. I would steer clear of this company.

This review is for Danielle Fernandez. We had a very pleasant interaction with her. Very professional and efficient. She’s very helpful and informative. Very accomodating and made the whole experience hassle-free for us. As for OMarshall, Inc I only have good things to say about the employees here. The lady that helped us when we dropped off our holding deposit is very welcoming and friendly as well I think her name is Jamie. Overall great doing business with Omarshall. Maureen, herself, will offer to help you find an available place, collect basic information making you believe she is going to help you as she offered and then once you give her your details.... Crickets. She just doesn't even get back to you. It is no wonder they only have 2.6 stars on Google reviews. Bad business. January 2023.

We had the worst experience with O’Marshall. If want more details please message me but to sum it up we had mold and they washed the walls and said you live in Daly City mold happens, clean the walls. About a month after the incident we found black mold in the entire apartment. We were out of the apartment for 3 months while they said they were fixing up the apartment for us to move back in. Mind you we have a 4 month old and we’re having to move to different hotels every 4 days or so and it’s the holidays. Then when we move back in, not even a month later the mold is back. We let them know and told me to stop be dramatic and clean the walls. We have since moved and unfortunately we left something behind that was important. They said too bad we’re done with this conversation and hung up. I seriously urge anybody looking into getting an apartment or home thru them to really not. They are unprofessional, disrespect, and condescending. This management company is horrible!!

I think we should class action lawsuit them!
Not only did not deal with the problem of mold, but also let others in the house without permission, and more importantly is rented out the illegal construction, and did not pay medical expenses, also seized the deposit.
considers themselves the most noble, highly racially discriminatory, and unprofessional.
They don't even deserve a star.
By the way, the agent will deliberately not give you the key on the grounds that the key cannot be found.

Small business owners supporting police misconduct is unacceptable. Anyone should be able to complain about police misconduct, regardless if you are from a privileged family, or immigrant family . This is not okay
