Prior to moving to Crete, we stopped at Old Plank Trail Bank and was warmly greeted by Delaney Flowers. She was pleasant and informative about the banking services and the community. As we progressed with our move, it was Delaney we went to to set up our banking needs. Two years later, we still seek her out for our banking questions and needs.
Recently, we attended a Trust and Estate planning meeting held at the branch in Frankfort. The presentation was given by Jamie Holmes. She was organized and thorough with the information on a very complex topic. The question and answer were helpful and good to know this is a service offered through our local bank.
We appreciate Old Plank Trail/WinTrust as a large bank with a small town feel.
