We had them so our taxes for 2 years. The office was a mess and seemed disorganized. They waited until the last minute to finish our taxes, even though we gave them our documents well in advance. PLUS, when we switched tax preparers, we learned that they had calculated our taxes wrong for BOTH years! We paid 5k more in taxes over 2 years than we should have.

The owner is rude, sarcastic and condescending. She needs to learn customer service skills and how to speak to her clients professionally. I will never be going back here for my taxes. I will not be recommending her to anyone ever again.
