I found SuperCool on Google and they were so great. My old window unit was leaking and they gave me tips to stop the leaking until the appointment. Upon arrival they were very fast, knowledgable, and thorough. My old unit was messily installed - the new unit SuperCool installed was installed with insulation and done very neatly. They provided a safety bracket. They were able to answer questions easily - I will definitely use SuperCool going forward!

Great service! Very convenient and communicative. Prices and options were very clear before agreeing to anything and day of installation was also a breeze. I had Jon as my installer and he was very fast and polite. He even took his shoes off before entering which is so nice!! Definitely wasn’t expected but really shows how considerate the company is when entering your homes. From quote to installation took less than a week (might be because of my timing) but regardless, the company was very responsive throughout the whole process. Overall highly recommend!!
