Terrible landlords. All apartments have mice and they know about it, and they still will not do anything (along with mice living in oven). Have know electrical problems and continue to rent. Will lie on listing and then after you sign the lease will do a bate and switch. They expect tenants when moving out to go above and beyond but when you are a tent they will not help you or fix anything. They knowing let tenants move in with broken windows and then will try to charge for windows when the tenant moves out. They will blow off maintenance calls and will not respond to online maintenance calls.

Me and wife were tenants of norrismgmt from 2021 to 2024.

I will tell everyone to not use norris management for anything and especially don't rent from them. Unless you like the possibility of fires and mice infestation.

Don't use for anything. Will leave place falling apart. They have no care for tenants. They will rent places knowing the ac doesn't work, and the heater doesn't work, and that the place is infested with mice, And will lie about things in the process of getting fixed but will never fix anything

I have lived in my apt for 10 years and have been through 3 owners, I've been with Norris since they started with this property? and I've never had an unpleasant experience with them as far as maintenance or anything really. Nicole is just amazing always pleasant and is always on top of repairs. I thank you Nicole and all of Norris management as well? Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family's ?

It has been a very good experience to rent from this property management.
They always work with you when you encounter any problems.
Credit wasn't good but they still worked with us, we have been renting with them since Feb 2022 till now.

My husband and I applied for a rental home and we were told our app was the first as no one else had applied. We asked for pictures of the inside and were told there were none yet I found some online. I would think they would know that. Two days later I called back and was told they finished our credit history ( we have a very good credit score) was waiting for our rental history and they would call us back. They run a hard hit on your credit history. Two days later I called again to check on the status and was told that the property we were waiting for was already rented. I asked why and was told by the supervisor they were still waiting on our rental history. How long does it take to make a phone call (our manager was in her office all week)and they said someone had come in with cash and rented it, and that was their policy. No one ever told us that was the way they decide on who to lease to, and as a matter of fact the girl I initially spoke with told me she had all she needed. I'm very disappointed with the way they run their business and will never try to do business with them again. I gave them 1 star only because I wanted to get this posted.

The AC unit on the roof is constantly breaking down. As I type this is it is frozen up. Its now 87° in here at 8:30am. This has been an ongoing issue. It breaks, they send a guy to "fix" it, it usually takes him about 2 days to show up, and another day or two to get it "fixed", and it works just long enough to almost forget about it. We have lived in this house for almost a year and a half and we have had to call them 5 times already about the AC. I talked to the previous tenant and she said she had the same problem. They are refusing to fix it right. I wonder if the actual owner of this place knows what they are up to. We pay good money to live here and it seems like they do just the bare minimum to keep us quiet. The AC guy has told me several times the unit needs to be replaced as well as telling Norris management the same. But as long as they get their rent they're happy.I will day that the office staff is very friendly.

Worst we ever had, just like the other reviews. There was a charge "which was taken care of" several times by several different people in the office, which still got taken out of our deposit, from a breaker outside with the a/c they apparently expected their tenants to be electricians. Had the carpets cleaned ourselves like we were told to they still charged us, even after telling them, no attempt to return call about that, holes in wall not from us, no return call, problems with their return of deposit, adding a filter and light bulbs, really...everything worked and was changed, no return call....the worst.
