Well, Norcom has been very irresponsible about how they handle tax disbursements. Something I’ve been dealing with ever since I bought my house. They’ve always been late paying taxes and even trying to fix the issues it’s taken such a lengthy time. Customer service has been great with trying to handle my issues, and others with the same issue. But clearly Norcom as a mortgage company has lost my trust with their lack of transparency and accountability to do what they are responsible for. Currently, I’m unable to be pointed in the right direction to get answers and move forward. For anyone buying a home or mortgage officers do not work with Norcom. If anyone at Norcom sees this. Contact me.

They’re a lie. Call the insurance companies yourself and get quotes yourself. They lie and tell you that there is no better opinion besides Plymouth Rock. They been telling me this for years. My insurance went up $1500 (no causes, no claims ever) this year. Norcom rep Eileen L has been telling me for years that there is no better quotes from anyone else. I called 2 insurance companies myself learned that Eileen has giving me false information. My insurance is now down 1,300 with my new carrier I called myself. It’s really messed up because the rep is suppose to be helping you find better options and working your policy out to fit what you need and can afford as best as possible. The representative Eileen sounds so genuine and kind but told me all false information that could have effected me being about to keep my home. They work for Plymouth Rock and I’m sure they keep a lot of the money they quote you for. Please save yourself on this company.

The Reviews say it all! I have obtained 4 mortgages in my 35 years of life and this company is by far the worst mortgage provider I have ever worked with. I work with Trish Martin very un professional, almost as if doing her job is a burden. I highly recommend NOT using this company!

Norcom did not come through with the best rates for my original mortgage quote, but they were very responsive and helpful in understanding some of the details. They matched an alternate supplier's rate originally and I chose them to go through the process. However, in the long term before closing, they had issues allowing lower rates from that other competitor (stating that I needed to get a full application submitted through which would affect my credit score which I wanted to avoid), even though we weren't under the rate lock terms yet. They had even misquoted a rate (for lower than it actually was) without realizing it and they would not honor the misquoted rate at their expense. Once the mortgage was fully locked in, they sold it to a different mortgage lender in the first two weeks of having it.
They also do not have much information security built in it seems like. Once I closed on the house, I received about 20 different letters from various places for mortgage scams and mortgage insurance scams. I presume that was a leak through their system as they were the only ones who had access to the address, or they are selling information after they close. It did not make me feel great about the security of my information with them.
While the upfront assistance was helpful, that quickly declined through the process and I will be avoiding Norcom in the future.

My experience as a first-time home buyer was top notch.
My agent was Mary and also assisting was Lyndsay. They walked me patiently through every step, told me exactly what they needed for mortgage approval and I got it to them quickly.
They were so efficient, in fact, that we were able to close one week early, four weeks to the day after the first viewing.
I feel very fortunate that they were part of my team and I highly recommend them.
BTW, it is three months later and I am loving being in my own home.

I have bought a number of homes over the past 20 plus years. I have worked with several different banks and lenders. I have to say Norcom is definitely at the top of the list. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have recommended him to everyone that I hear buying a house. I would certainly use them again.

As first time home buyers we were very unsure what we were doing. We started with a mortgage company that we didn't love and ended up switching over with Norcom and the process was as painless as could be. Ray was a dream to work with. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and called just to check in and make sure we were comfortable and knew what was going on. We could not have asked for a better person to work with.
