I have been working with Bourekas and his for years. Norbay Insurance Services, Inc. provides Commercial Liability insurance for my construction business and personal needs. Initially I was satisfied with the service, but I have been greatly disappointed for the past three years. It seems as if George Bourekas has become "too comfortable" with his business after building up a sizeable client base and generating a commissionEvery year, we must renew Liability insurance and insurance, and it is the insurance agent's responsibility to guide me through the application process George has stopped doing this lately. After a dozen years of being a loyal customer and I had good coverage and rates, I foolishly trusted that George Bourekas was always "shopping" for the best rate for me. Instead, I was losing a lot of money. It took one call for identical coverage to find out that it was half the price! Additionally, there were coverage issues with some of the policies.

I wish I had switched sooner. I stayed far too long, which cost me a lot of money. This is all due to my broker George Bourekas' misrepresentations, who was not doing his job correctly, carefully, or ethically.
