買った物が初期不良だったのに修理しか対応出来ないとかヤバいだろ？Panasonicが厳しいとか知らんし
近場の実店舗で安心かと思ったんだけどね
保証書在中とか書いてあっても心配だから普通にネットで買った方が安いし直ぐ返品出来て普通に良い

予約なしでスマホの機種変に行きました。応対して下さった方はとても親切に対応してくれ目の前で大事なこと等メモしてくれ高齢者にもわかるようにメモした用紙も渡していただき、家で早速使用できました。

テレビゲーム周辺機器の在庫管理が適当すぎる。PSポータブル、PS5コントローラーのブルーのダミーを購入しようとレジへ持って行ったら在庫確認して売り切れですと言われ購入出来なかった。売り切れているのであればダミーに売り切れの表示かダミーを出さないで欲しい。購入するために他の家電量販店へ行って購入した。楽しみに購入したいが為に足を運んでいるのだから購入するお客様の気持ちを考えて欲しい。

予約無しでiPhone機種変、乗り換えの相談に行ったのですが丁寧に対応して頂きました。説明分かりやすいし、分からないことを確認しやすいしで、サービスが行き届いていました。休日の午後でご多忙の中、他のお客様と対応が並行することや、別のスタッフが対応する事などもほんとに丁寧に説明して了承を得てから、という姿勢が良かったです。別のスタッフの女性も、機種変のことだけでなく、アプリケーションのちょっとした相談に乗って下さり、雰囲気がいいのはもちろんのこと、とても有難かったです。
