My broker used NFP for a policy on my Mooney. The policy was paid for a full year in advance. Roughly 5 months into the policy I sold the airplane and cancelled the policy. Then it took almost six months and 15-20 emails to finally be refunded the balance on my policy. They didn’t have any idea why it hadn’t been sent for the first ~4 months. It wasn’t until my broker started to demand answers that they finally unscrewed themselves. I would never use them again and I don’t recommend anybody else use them either. Unsatisfactory.
