I forgot to make my payment on time and the insurance company cancelled my Dental insurance. To clear the matter I called them. After much waiting i was told to go to the marketplace to sort it out. When i called market place after much waiting - they told me to call the insurance company. In other words I was going in circles with my blood pressure rising and feeling helpless. Then i remembered to call Dan who sorted the matter in a day and after making my payment my insurance was back in play. I was so happy with Dan's inputs and help. He is a great person to have on your team for your insurance needs!
