Don’t come here unless you’re ready to give a tip for services. My mom came here to renew her vehicle registration and because she was renewing it on behalf of my sister (her daughter), the teller goes “oh… I can help you, but I take tips”. Who knew you had to give a tip for something that currency exchange employees are supposed to do (and get paid pretty decently, since the man who said this has been there for YEARS). Do better!

The young woman behind the counter was super sweet and very knowledgeable. There was no wait and they had plenty of parking. I tried to renew my plates but got denied. She was able to look up the information quickly and efficiently. She explained in detail (twice so I can understand) what was going on, the reason it happened, and how to solve the issue. I didn’t feel stressed or overwhelmed because she was very assuring and kind. I wish I caught her name. Overall I highly recommend coming to this location and give them 100/5 ✨😊 Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it. 🙏

My brother went inside to get some services for his car. The man at the front counter hustled him for 10$ in tips order to get the services done. My brother paid it due to not knowing what to do in the situation. How unprofessional, unethical, and down right horrible for this place to accept this type of behavior.

Worst place you can encounter they like to steal money.

I walked in on Friday 9/13 trying to get a money order done to pay my rent. Normally when I get money order done at that location and others I use my phone since they do offer tap. But on this specific day I went in like normal and when I tapped my phone I got an alert the money was taken out but the women at the window was stating that there was no transaction of that amount made. I proceeded to call the police and when they showed up they stated 72hours.

I have no paper work saying how long it would take to get my money back since the women was being very rude, all she did was tell the officer that it would take 72 hours and to fix it with my bank.

I never received my money order that day 9/13 or my money back. Legal action against this place! 850.00$

WATCH YOUR STEP HERE! I was post op from back surgery and fell out front. This was the first time we had visited this establishment. We didn't realize how bad the sidewalk was busted up. I stepped in the hole and fell hard. The guy inside didn't ask if I was ok or anything. When I asked what his name was because I may call a lawyer he simply said well we rent the building so good luck. This is ridiculous and definitely a safety hazard.

I have not been to this currency exchange in years. I went there to cash a check and gave the clerk my SSN to look me up, now my SSN is on the black web. I believe this location sold my SSN. Luckily my credit is on a freeze. Getting hits from Corpus Cristy Texas with my information and old address from years ago when I used this location . Reporting to FBI

Every time I come here it’s always a bad experience! I can’t not stand this location. I went in to cash a $50 check! But because I sign it before I got in which I didn’t know because who really have checks nowadays, but the guy said he couldn’t cash it. If I was a regular he could have! Stupid as hell $50!!!! Really

Looked up their number to renew my registration and was surprised at the negative reviews. I’ve dealt with them for probably a decade and never had a single problem with any employee and all have been kind to me. Course I’m kind and respectful to them to begin with so I’m guessing that has a bit to do with it…you get what you give folks
