I’ve read some of the negative reviews that have been posted lately and I know they most definitely have to be “FAKE”. For over 5 years I’ve been getting my taxes done from New Beginnings. The professional is top-notch. I feel safe with my preparer having my information and handling it appropriately. I never have to call to get an update because she lets me know what is going on step-by-step. Each year she uses her tax knowledge to make sure that I receive all that I am due, the legal way. So if you have any doubt please erase them because this is one of the best woman-owned Financial service companies in the financial market.

If could rate lower I would. The positive reviews on here are fake reviews. I am not the person that usually leave reviews but worst business ever. The so called owner because I can not call her a real owner is unprofessional and play games when come time to give you your money. My direct deposit information was put in wrong and instead of being a real owner and taking responsibility, she blamed employees and gave me every weak excuses. My tax money was supposed to be deposit 3/6 but because of the information being put in wrong I first had to wait a week and a half for owner to come back in town, then when back got excuse of she waiting on checks to which I got 3 diffraction times that supposed to have it which never happened then today 4/2 I come all the way to the office for her to say her internet is not connecting to printer n stupid sob stories about oh she has a appointment for her child which she talking about she missed to which I responded ik well I'll wait here to oh I have to find another place to print and I have a appointment 1 I'll have dome by 3. This business is so unprecedented it is ridiculous I'm assuming it's the fact they she know she had to bad but I was told I couldn't even come inside building and had to wait In car. Do yourself a favor do not use this business. I am in process of contacting the better business bureau and irs about business. Oh and icing on cake they charge you more then h and r block and all they use is a free site to do taxes. By the way owner name is courtney Stephens and she love to post things about people complaining about her business on here Facebook page (real professional)
