Nelson Partners…in particular Patrick Nelson and his side kick Amy P…..complete incompetence on every business operational level. Properties are in shambles, foreclosed on …and investors ā€˜hung out to dry’.
No response from Patrick…complete silence. Classic Ponzi scheme that has finally caught up with Patrick ,at the cost of many investors. And, in addition….he and his office have NO remorse……pathetic.

I have been a tenant at 800 Block in Logan Utah since opening and I could not be happier with my experience. I was initially concerned with the posted reviews but I decided to lease anyway due to a beautiful walkthrough of the property, kind and responsive staff, and reasonable rates. Since I moved in I have had minimal issues, each of which has been dealt with in a prompt fashion. I have lived in a number of properties and had issues everywhere, but this is by far my best living experience yet.
Nelson Partners has built an incredible complex here in Logan, and hired the staff to compliment. No complaints

0 stars this company does not care about their residents only money. Mountain valley in Morgantown wv is falling apart. They rent to anyone anymore and they don’t upkeep the property. You can’t get ahold of anyone at Nelson partners and the property management at the complex avoids you when you come to them with a problem or says his hands or tied when they’re in fact not tied.

I’ve been waiting for months for my security deposit refund of $400. After I called corporate, I was told that someone would call me or email me on the next business day but that did not happen. It is almost like they pretend to have an organization system for these matters but it’s clear they do not. I wouldn’t recommend renting at any of their properties as they are incompetent at best and malicious at worst. I would give zero stars if I could.

I would give this zero stars if at all possible.
I live at Alpine Flats one of the apartments that they manage and we have gone through 5 managers in the last 12 months. For a month and a half we had no manager. Every manager has lied to me and is completely unprofessional. Communication is awful and as residents we never know what is happening. We had no wifi for over two weeks because they just didn't pay the bill- an awful thing for people who are taking online classes. We have no hot water during winter. The entire place is a disaster, and is very sketchy as far as legal issues are concerned. I would recommend staying far far away from this place. Another one of the properties they own has been in the building process for over two years now and this is the third time they have had to tell people who have leases that it won't be ready in time and they can't stay there. College students have no where to stay, but need to be in person at their classes and Nelson Partners made no effort to help these college students out. 10/10 THE WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EVER.
We have also tried contacting Nelson Partners in California and have not been able to contact them.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Daughter was a tenant in a Tucson, AZ property. From day one there were issues - many that were never resolved. Move out was even worse - no communication, late fees charged before final fees assessed and no statement with billing breakouts, not to mention no final bill received and then portal access turned off to even find what was outstanding. Complete mess.

Do not recommend doing business with this company in any capacity - and from a quick Google search on the company, it seems I am not alone. Lawsuits and stories abound.

I have lived at University Gardens in Salt Lake City for almost two years now. At first everything was amazing and then slowly things deteriorated. In the last 6 months we have had a change of management a few times. The hot tub hasn’t worked in almost a year. There have been several occasions that the dumpsters overflow for weeks. All of the resident packages are supposed to be delivered to the office for us to pick up but nobody is ever there to take them inside so they are always sitting out. My roomate accidentally started a kitchen fire and the microwave had to be replaced so we went weeks waiting for it to arrive just to find out it had never been ordered. We finally got a microwave after almost three months of constant nagging the office. I recently was trying to sell my lease to move to another apartment. I advertised my apartment and was able to find a buyer that was super interested. We both tried for over a week to reach somebody to help us finalize the process. I emailed, texted, and called several times with absolutely no response. I reached out to the regional manager several times and was told she would help me within an hour or two max then never heard from her again. I finally called the corporate office to complain and explained that I needed help because I had almost no time to sign a lease at another apartment. I am never one to complain and hate confrontation. I also understand that everybody is short staffed right now but at some point the job has got to be done. I was left feel extremely let down and upset. Later that night I got a call from Olivia Rytelewski and she turned my entire experience around. She was beyond polite and very apologetic for the situation. She gave me her personal phone number and has gone above and beyond to help me. She was able to push the process through right away and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. There were many things about my experience at University Gardens that deserved a one star but I felt that Olivia went the extra mile and more to help me so she deserves 5 stars. I wish that other people in this company could learn from her amazing service and they are very blessed to have her on their team.

I don’t recommend living here at all! The parking garage at my apartment building has been broken since the beginning of June and it’s now September!!! Many people in the complex have called with concerns to be completely ignored by them. In this time our parking garage has been broken into many times, and people’s windows are getting busted and their stuff is getting stolen. When I call to talk to someone about it, half of the extensions on the menu are disconnected, and the other half send you to voicemail. Our rental agreement states the owner will keep the maintenance and working amenities in our complex and this is not being upheld. Shame on you Nelson Partners
