It is an AMAZING bank. I opened account there recently, and the quality and level of customer service there is the best I've ever seen in my 20+ years in the area. They do not charge fees for their checking and savings account, they do not play games with minimum required balance, they reimburse other banks ATM fees. Super professional and accommodating.

The Assistant Manager Jose was able to answer all my questions and was simply great. Since I opened my account there, Jose went above and beyond to help me with all my banking needs. When a notary public at Natick location was not able to help me, Jose proactively found a solution at Needham location. He is always professional, diligent, friendly, knowledgeable... I am running out of adjectives here, but you get the picture. Jose is truly an excellent asset to this bank (and a VERY nice person too).

I had a personal checking account and a business account. All went well until I sent a polite letter pointing out that it is improper, and not good practice, to make online passwords expire. Why should they, if they are perfectly good and uncompromised? Nor is it proper to prevent me from seeing the new password as I type it (twice). Did I mention that this was a polite letter? I was only trying to be helpful.

A week later, I got two certified letters cancelling both of my accounts.

There are lots of banks. I strongly suggest that you choose another, not this one.
