NGL refuses to acknowledge my declined docusign after 1 hour on the phone and multiple emails. They took my money before I accepted and want me to cancel a policy that I did not sign for to get "most" of my money back. Shady! Stay Away!

THEY ARE A FRAUD.
I haven’t signed any policy but got money deducted from my account. I called them and they denied it’s from them but it says on my account statement that they deducted the money. Now I got my checking account compromised and have to open up a new account.

I was looking for an agency for 6 months and never replied. I call the company and try different ways to speak with someone. No one helps. I am canceling my service and losing my money. They just want to sell but they don't give you help and there is no way they want to help you

My experience with national life group is....I was paying all this money into a policy when I lost my job I was unable to make payments. The representative that was working with me told me that it was fine and we can put it on hold until my financial situation was better.my representative failed to inform me that if I didn't pay into it that my policy would laps and all my savings would be gone. When life really got tough and I was about to lose everything I thought I would call and see if I could pull the couple hundred dollars that I had saved in there. Surprise surprise there was nothing left for me to pull.National life group made me feel safe and comfortable I felt like this would be a great idea for myself and my family. I even got family members to join! boy do I regret it!!!! I really don't recommend this company. Representatives just give you a run around and aren't easy to cooperate with. As you can imagine I was upset when I found out that I wouldn't receive anything in the representative failed to put me at ease. He made comments like well you shouldn't open a policy if you don't have money. This really is a shame I just hope you have better judgment than I did.

National Life Group is a company that has been in business since 1848 and is A rated by reputable rating agencies such as A.M. Best, Standard & Poor’s, and Moody’s. Also, they are rated A+ with BBB. I am a policy holder and I need to defend this company because they are honest and does so much to give back to the community.

The complaints I read on the post is about a insurnce agent from a Broker who sells for National Life Group. That agent does not work for National Life Group.

My whole family is protected by National Life Group and I will continue to refer this company.

Scam. 1.5 m policy. 24k per year. 5k in admin fees. Only $60 interest earned. Your basically paying them 5k to mismanage your money.

You'll put lots of money in, get nothing out, and they'll send you another bill when you ask to stop. Scammer, useless, and just plain bad business.
