The one teller I've had the pleasure of dealing with was kind. I don't remember her name, unfortunately. The company itself is terrible. I opened an account almost a month ago and still have not received my debit card. Don't call corporate customer service because they are the most unhelpful bunch. I usually don't complain, but the service I've had was just too terrible not to say something.
