This has been one of the worst Insurance brokers I have ever worked with. They purchased my policy from another broker. I have had constant coverage for 27 years of business. All of a sudden I am told there was a 2 month lapse in my coverage last year. I now received a letter from a Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC. telling me that the current provider is no longer available. The letter was also sent to Mysurance. It says that other coverages are available and Mysurance will contact me 30 days prior to the expiration date of the current policy(which should have been right away as the letter was sent to me 29 days prior to the policy end date). My policy now expires in 12 days and I have not had any contact from them regarding replacement coverage. I emailed and called on multiple occasions to try and get access to loss runs which are needed to acquire a policy through another broker. It is also difficult to get them to send insurance certificates for customers.
