HONEST!!! (I got my taxes done by Mia!!!)
This was my first year doing taxes separate from my parents, for weeks I was stressing and not sure of what to do, then I got recommended M&S!
LET ME TELL YOU! I called a few days ahead of when I planned to come in, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and got clear, patient and descriptive answers! (and I asked a LOT of questions, so for real, thanks!!)

Everything was smooth upon arrival, I even asked more questions and was still greeted very patiently and politely!!!! Nowadays you can’t find that service anywhere, no matter how nice you are.
I couldn’t have had a better first tax season than with Mia! She was honest, efficient, and VERY good at what she does.
I highly recommend Mia for anyone W-2 or 1099!!

and yes- I did not go into the back with Mia while she was doing the inputting of numbers, BUT she was more than happy to speak with me about any concerns or questions, and the woman at the front desk (forgive me I never got your name!) was as absolute angel!! like I said this was my first tax season, and I had more questions while filling out the paperwork, she was so patient and seriously the whole team made this tax season so easy and stress free!!

Wow, talk about a great service! This is my third time doing my taxes with this amazing company, Mia Arebalo helped me organize and complete all my taxes, she made this process so easy, shift and efficient. I started doing my taxes with Maria for a couple years now and she’s always been pretty quick with seeing her customers but at least you used to go back and talk to her. This year in her new location she doesn’t bother to take you back with her. You sit in her waiting room and the girls in the front take all your info, they then give it to Maria and she files without your presence to make sure everything is ok. I had a new address this year that I updated on that form the girls give you up front and Maria didn’t bother to update that when filling my taxes. The IRS needed more information regarding my case and I didn’t know until I called them because it had been 3 months since I filed. The IRS stated they mailed letters but obviously they were being sent out to the wrong address since Maria didn’t update that. My husband’s taxes experience was not any better. Maria charges a lot of money and isn’t careful with what she’s doing. Never going back again and I advise you don’t either.

I was in the other week and I have to say Mia the tax preparer sure does thoroughly go through the reason why I owed and what I can do to fix it. I was pretty down about owing, but I’m grateful she broke it down for me. I’m happy I found a trustworthy tax preparer who’s lovely.

DO NOT GO HERE! MARIA is the rudest person I've ever dealt with! She is a tax preparer there. I left five messages for her over the past two weeks to please return my phone call because I had a question on my tax return and thought there may be an error. She never called and I spoke with the receptionist several times and finally said if I don't hear from her by Friday I will come into the office. When I went into the office I waited for Maria and she came out with an attitude and before I knew it she was saying I don't understand why you don't know this and I said I'm not an accountant and she said neither am I, we have a tax service and I am much busier than you are and I have no time for you. When I said I have left several messages over the past two weeks and deserve a phone call back since I have paid $150 for these taxes she said I have over 500 clients and I don't make mistakes and please don't come back here. I was shocked and appalled and disgusted. She is rude and disrespectful and was even rude and disrespectful to the receptionist!!! The receptionist apologized to me on my way out which was kind of her. I would not give them $1 of my money. They don't even deserve one-star. STAY AWAY.
