I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Freeze A/C Masters when I needed my AC unit checked. Jalen came out first and was very professional and friendly while inspecting the system. Even though I had to get a new unit, he informed me about their great financing option of 18 months with 0% interest for those who qualify. The application process was quick and easy. The next day, Bentley and his partner arrived to install the new AC unit. They were also very professional and kind! They even stayed longer to wait for a rainstorm to pass so they could finish the job properly. I highly recommend this company! You will be impressed. Their professionalism and care for customers are outstanding, and they left everything clean after the installation. I am truly amazed. If you need AC help, give them a call—you won’t regret it!

After moving into our new home, we found that the previous tenant hadn’t put in an air filter at all! A property manager suggested a service, so I made an appointment for AC repair. They seemed genuinely concerned about the possible damage, and Bentley arrived the next day right on time! Our entire system was packed with dust, mildew, hair, and grime. The outdoor unit was filled with leaves and grass! It’s amazing it was working at all. Bentley cleaned the whole system, both inside and out. He also recommended getting a full duct cleaning, which they don’t provide, but he mentioned they would refer us to a quality service for that, as it needs specialized filters and equipment. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend this service for your air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance needs! Plus, my bill was only $75! I’m sure any other service would have charged us $200 or more. Make sure to call them for your AC needs!

A few years back, we had a new heater installed, hoping it would resolve our heating issues. However, we were disappointed because our home in New York wouldn't warm up to our desired temperature. Maintaining even 78 was a challenge, especially when we had many guests or when the outside temperature dropped below freezing. Some rooms would be at 78, others at 71, another at 83. We had Philip come out to examine everything and he immediately suggested some duct modifications. Eric explained everything clearly and it all made sense. The price was quite reasonable considering how much it improved our situation. Our thermostat could now easily reach and maintain 74 even when the outside temperature plummeted, a feat we couldn't achieve before even with the heater running non-stop. Keith and his colleague did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them for heater repair if you're experiencing similar issues.
