These guys are old school - barely know how to use a computer, and are thoroughly disconnected from their clients. I had used them for years just out of familiarity but every year I had a bit of anxiety regarding their capability and communication. This was my final time dealing with them though. They neglected to send me my tax return resulting in hundreds of dollars in fees and interest. They defensively put this squarely on me, the guy who hired a professional to keep my hands clean. They made no effort to rectify the problem but put plenty effort into shaping it up to me my problem. My tax return had been collecting dust on her assistant's desk for months, because they couldn't follow up on a voice mail they claim they left. Time to modernize, and by that I mean hire someone computer literate.

I think that Ms. Moses is one of the most dependable, honest and caring accountant I have ever had. I can always call for advice without being charged by the minute, she has done my family's taxes for years and we consider her part of the family.
