Kim is amazing! Not only does she monitor my auto and home policies to make sure I'm getting the best rates possible, she also recommends adjustments to best fit the ever-changing needs of my family. We have used 3 different agents over 25 years. We were curious so we asked Kim to look through our coverage and provide a quote for all of our insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella). Kim accomplished - providing coverage with an A+ (Superior Financial Strength) carrier, significantly strengthened our coverage where we needed it, and lowered premium (much better coverage for a lower price). She also spent a lot of time talking through each policy and quote to explain and provide examples of how the coverage would work if we had a loss. Kim is a no pressure agent, very responsive, and talks through things with your interests and time in mind. My only regret is that we didn't ask Kim to look at our coverage years ago. Highly recommend Kim and Montagno. Best Agent we have worked with in 25 years.

I have never dealt with ANY insurance agency that goes so far out of the way for you. Kim is the nicest person ever and has saved me hundreds of dollars a month in house, car, motorcycle , and ring insurance.... They treated me so good that I went ahead and took life insurance out and they help you every step of the way! They are there to answer any questions you have... I will be a customer of theirs forever!
