Went in with a family member to use their services..we get you have a process you need to go over.. didn’t know that process included having customers wait while you two ate your fast food. there was 3 people and we waited over 35 minutes to be helped. An older lady even asked “have you been waiting along time?” Yes and they were helping no one! 2 customers in front of us were upset at their rudeness and even got loud. than it was our turn.. same thing rude as hell won’t even answer questions as to how the check processing goes .You don’t like your job quit!
