Moira's office goes above and beyond. On a recent trip I forget to secure travel insurance until already overseas. The office was contacted, via emails, after hours, and although State Farm doesn't provide this insurance, Shawn provided names and contact information for other insurers that offered the services I needed. I was able to obtain the insurance I needed.
