My auto insurance recently came up for renewal with another agency and I decided to shop around given the turmoil and significant rate increases in the industry of the past couple of year. I am grateful for Sophia, working with agency owner Mohamad, in helping me lower my auto insurance premiums, while maintaining basically the same coverage. While working on my quote, Sophia was friendly, patient, professional and responsive. I shopped around last year to get the solid pricing on my policy that was up for renewal, so I was not expecting to be able to lower my premium this year given the state of the California market. I was more than pleased to see the pricing even lower this year by switching to a brand name carrier like Allstate. I would recommend you giving them a call and possibly saving you some money, while getting the excellent customer service that I received from Sophia.

Alvaro was excellent in all categories, with customer service, explaining and going over coverage options available to me and my budget, and was prompt with answering any and all questions i had with the different coverages and policy amounts and was very polite, calm and saved my info as i coukdnt start my pokicy right away and i told him that i woukd get back to him and i also checked another insurer that was near me and they wanted $300 to start the policy which their coverages were not including certain things lije roadside assistance and so the money down tgat i put with this agency was basically the cost of the first month and payment amount for the months following and once i called back he had my info already on file and saved so was pretty effortless and he wad prompt with starting the policy for me. Highly recommend his service and this agency. Me and my family were Allstate Customers years ago but in 2005 we ended our multiple policy with Allstate due to rising costs that we were not able to afford at that time so it does feel good to be back in good hands with Allstate and we were dissappointed when we had to seek elsewhere so i do hope that this wonderful and fast experience will continue on for years moving forward. Thank You Alvaro and Allstate for the great welcone back and great start to things this time around .

SOPHIA gave FANTASTIC SERVICE. I needed to make several changes to my policies and all went smoothly. The recommendations to what we should add or remove based on our current situation were honest and enlightening. I have been with Allstate for 20+ years, but was considering leaving with all those new adds of “cheap” insurance. After the service received today I will always be an Allstate customer.
