Mandy McGuire came very highly recommended to my aging Mother & I by a neighbor we know & trust. I was told we could not go wrong in having Mandy lead the sale of my Mom’s home - or in helping myself find a rental.

My Mother was newly moved into an assisted living apartment after 3 long, harrowing months in hospitals and extended care facilities. Along the way, Mandy and I encountered an out of the ordinary situation at my Mothers living facility that made it clear to us both that some things were not on the up & up. So, Mandy wound up to a degree involved in a personal family matter. She knows her trade so well that she could do it in her sleep and with both hands behind her back, and there’s not a single other person I’d ever want on my team in real estate or even survivor island for that matter : )

During the home buying process we couldn’t have been more happy with Bud. My fiancé and I decided to move into our first home together.
