Words like "caring" and "personal" are typically not used to describe insurance company's. However, James Moore Insurance is the exception, and who you need when things go wrong. I totaled my BMW and was overwhelmed with the whole process. They truly care about what you need, is quick to respond and made the claim process seamless.
