I recently had the pleasure of using Milestone Electric Company for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

The two technicians, Neil and Mike, came out and they were both highly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. They took the time to assess the issue, provided a detailed estimate, and made sure I understood the process. It was clear that they were experienced, and their professionalism put me at ease.

The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Throughout the process, Neil and Mike made it clear that they valued my time and satisfaction. They were both responsive to my follow-up questions and made sure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend Milestone Electric for your electrical needs.

Milestone provides excellent customer service. They will only commit to a job they have 100% certainty they can do and is needed. Quite frankly this type of honesty and trust is exceptional and undervalued. Jonathan was consistently positive and exceptionally professional throughout. Our older home has many complexities, and I've had the opportunity to use their services multiple times. I am grateful for their help and the quality of service they provide.

Zaul was awesome. Very thorough. Took a bunch of videos of the inner workings of my furnace so I could visually see what was happening in there. Very helpful. Devor came out to give us an estimate of our aging AC system. His analysis was honest without trying to sell me. He made what seemed like reasonable recommendations, but he wasn't pushy at all. I ended up going with a different company as I didn't need Milestone's level of expertise, but I'm definitely keeping their info for future needs.

Our water heater went out Xmas morning. Milestone was able to send out a technician ASAP at a $300 emergency charge.
5 stars for a prompt response and sending someone out.
Now here’s the ZERO stars:
The tech spent 5 minutes looking at it and told me there is nothing he can do and I had to replace the heater. Anywhere from $4K to $6K depending on the package I received.
I said thank you, he was on his way and I was $300 in the hole.
A day later, I called another company who sent their tech out free of charge. He looked at it and it turned out to be a simple part replacement which was fixed in 20 minutes. If only Milestone had been honest and done the same, I would have gladly paid the extra for the part and labor. Instead they clearly tried to scam me.
For that, I will never call Milestone again.
For that, I would give you ZERO stars.

We had our winter service performed on all four of our units today. Juan and John did a very thorough and professional job. They provided detailed information on what was good as well as what may need some help. It was all technically based with video backup, and they were not trying to hard sell me on anything. Just advising. I’m very appreciative of their efforts and advice.

I am updating my 1-star review from 6 days ago (water heater stopped working Xmas morning). After my post, I was contacted by Milestone 3 separate times to ensure they do the right thing to rectify the matter. I was out of town over the holidays and I did respond back to them when I returned. Since the water heater was already fixed, there wasn't much else Milestone could do as far as repairing it. However, they have offered to refund the service fee that they charged. This gesture is very much appreciated.
Again, I would like to reiterate, I originally gave Milestone 5-stars for their prompt customer service, especially on Xmas morning where no one was answering their phones. The tech they sent out, however, failed in my opinion. Based on the super customer service and their refund, I am willing to give them another chance in the future. Thank you.

Shawn Bullard and crew did an excellent job of replacing the old breaker box with detailed labeling, replacing the disconnect breaker box outside, installing new sockets up to code in wet areas, installing whole house surge protector and special surge protectors in couple of areas, adding new smoke alarms, etc. The City issued the green card today.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars versus 5, is due to the $price of the services. Which was probably close to double what other companies would charge -and has nothing to do with the quality of work or communication which was great. We were able to set the first appointment right away. We could have possibly waited a day and solicited other quotes, but it was an emergency situation with half of the breakers suddenly non functional - ergo no heat and 20 degrees, no hot water and lots of flickering lights. They seem to be an efficient company with quality employees, just priced at the highest end.
