I have been a client of Mike Lanham for over 35 years, and have had all great expediences with him and his team. I usually work with Ben Marshall, who has been nothing short of spectacular. Ben explains options and terms in a way i can easily understand, takes as much time as needed to work through quotes and issues, and is always professional, extremely knowledgable and friendly. I always believe Ben works in my best interest, and his troubleshooting and get er done ability has gotten me and my family through some tough situations. I have also had a couple experiences with Lauri, and she has also been professional and personable. Thanks Mike, for hiring and retaining great associates.

Had insurance through this office for 13 years. Never missed a payment. Had to get a new credit card due to fraud and forgot to change my auto pay. They will not notify you before cancelling your plan. I spoke to Vicky today and she told me "the priority is incoming calls and so they don't make calls". Asked my new agent about this and their policy is to get in contact at least twice before cancelling. Find an office that will take the time to look out for you. This isn't one of them.

We have been a customer of State Farm and Mike Lantham for over 40 years. In July, 2024, a storm came through and one of our trees fell onto our house. Mike recommended a contractor to fix our house - this contractor is horrible. After months of falsely posturing for a whole roof replacement, it has now been 99 days since our claim and we are not any closer to having our house repaired. Mike has not called and checked on our claim - we have called him for help with this. So disappointed in State Farm and Mike. Currently looking for different insurance company.

I've had State Farm insurance for over 15 years. In that time I've communicated in person, over the phone, and via email. I received excellent prompt service each time. Ben has talked me and my son through many policies, a couple of claims and adding new cars. He has saved me money and made sure there were no holes in coverage between my and the HOA insurance policies.

With my last two cars I was had the pleasure of working with Vikky Estrada. She also was thorough in making sure I had the best coverage while saving me money. She caught an error on my most recent car's policy that when fixed, it lowered the cost even further.
I've strayed away under the lure of lower car insurance rates, but always come back when the customer service is poor or I realize the coverage is not actually apples to apples with what I had with State Farm. I have recommended State Farm to friends and family for their rates and friendly agents.
