Excellent service. Sarah went out of her way to find me a body shop for my 2007jeep. She co-ordinated the shop and transportation while they fixed my Jeep.
Can’t say the same for the claims dept they just wanted to total out my jeep because of the dented door and front fender. and the age of my car. The body shop that Sarah found for me convinced them not to. The damage had no effect on the frame or how the car ran. I am the ordinal owner. I’m also 76 years old. I love my Jeep Yes it’s old it only has 56,000 miles on it. It would be hard to replace with a newer car. Thanks again to Sarah. Great customer service

I recently had a great experience with my State Farm representative, Elvia Ribas.
I was calling about changing my insurance coverage from my old car to a newer car I just bought. I was in Wisconsin at the time buying the new car and wanted to make sure it was covered going back to Illinois. Elvia did a great job in getting me a temporary insurance card within a few hours, when I got home. My new vehicle was immediately covered. I just want thank Elvia for doing such a great job and reacting so quickly.
