This was the most stressful two months of my life dealing with this company. I have been in a war zone, survived the attacks on the Pentagon on 911, and have been in the middle of a riot in Pakistan but dealing with company takes the top spot. I grew up in Cumberland County and knew everyone there to be hard-working, honest, and reliable people. Unfortunately, this company does not fit that case. I asked my realtor to try to close out as early as possible and before the contract date because I was also closing on another property. They said it would be no problem. Following the sale date, I had scant communications from my realtor in the first 30 days apart from a pre-filled post-sale contract to sign. It felt like I always had to prompt them for an update. They started blaming the surveyors when it got close to the contract closeout date (they had 51 days from the date of the sale to close). When it came within a week of closing, and it appeared the closeout was at risk of going over the contract date I added the CEO to my e-mails, and he stated he was unaware of any issues. I asked several times what was happening in those first 30 days but have yet to receive a response. Finally, they pushed the close on the final date of the contract because I said I would not be granting an extension. The title company handed over my deeds, but I was not paid in full until 4 days later so technically the contract was breached. If you don't care when your property will close out or when you may be paid, then this company may be ok for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Dee Ann Arey and Midwest Farm and Land! After the passing of my Mother we needed to sell my Mother’s home. I am out of state so this was not a simple or standard process. Dee Ann stepped in and was my eyes, ears, and heart throughout every step of the way. Her communication with me was next level and included phone calls, texts, photos, and videos. She responded within minutes to my questions and if she did not know the answer, she made certain to find the answer. Dee Ann made it possible for us to spruce-up the property, and repair anything that needed repaired by sharing her expertise and local contacts to help with every step and every situation. Without exaggeration I can say that this process would not have gone as smoothly and as successfully as it did without Dee Ann. Do yourself a great favor and hire and/or recommend Dee Ann Arey!

Brandon and Curtis were excellent to work with. Curtis went above and beyond before and after the sale helping us out with some things that were simple for him to do and would have taken us much more time. Showed us the property in great detail. Expect to have a long term relationship with MFL.
