Stacie at Mid America is wonderful! I have used Mid America for over 11 years. No one beats there rates, no one beats there customer service. Stacie responds quickly to any message I send her and she finds the best deals for me and my family. I highly recommend this company. They treat you like family.

It’s always sad to say goodbye but Jan 31st is my last day. Before I go I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with for the past year. Pageen, Melissa, Jerry, and also with Tim, Jordan, Stacie. You guys are just the best and you’ll always have a place in my heart. To all my customers I will miss you too. If you are looking for a GREAT agency, Central Insurance and Mid-America are the best. I’ve seen from behind the scenes how things are done and how they treat each customer. I've had several policies with Mid America Insurance for over 6 years. My family and I have purchased everything from Auto, Business, Renters/Homeowners, and even Health insurance. We've used a variety of companies in the past but normally stuck with State Farm and was ok with the coverage until I had to file a claim. It was a nightmare. Since Tim and his skilled team have handled my policies, I've been EXTREMELY happy. The right amount of coverage and they handle every single policy and claim as if I was family. Let be honest no one wants have mess with insurance, It tends be pain butt. I had a very bad experience with my Insurance company before I switched.
