My husband and I were not satisfied with our previous homeowner and auto insurance, so we contacted Michael on the advice of friends to find out what COUNTRY Financial had to offer. We were delighted that Michael responded immediately to set up a phone meeting. During the meeting, he answered all of our questions about coverage for both home and auto, and he also made suggestions about increasing our coverage for both to ensure that we'll be adequately protected in the future. He made the process of changing easy for us. And although we increased our coverage, our annual payments remained about the same as our previous basic (lower) coverage. He is also great about providing feedback and follow-up. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, explains options clearly, is super friendly and patient--and we appreciate the help received from his team as well.
