They've raised my rate every renewal even though I have a perfect driving record. They've almost doubled my bill from a cpl years ago when I signed up with them. People at the office including Michael told me to pretty much deal with it cause there's nothing they can do to lower my rate. If you like shopping for insurance every 6 months, pick these guys.
