Mike has been our Country Financial agent for at least 7 years. All he ever does is find ways to reduce our premiums, while making sure we are properly covered. He asks the questions that help him tailor our coverage to the way we live, and he takes the time to explain any aspect of our policies that we don't understand.

Last spring A LOT of houses in our neighborhood had flooded basements, including us. Luckily, Mike suggested, years, ago, that we take out a flood rider. Mike and Country were responsive in both communication and with the claim. Our next door neighbor called his company, and they didn't even OFFER flood insurance (but he is covered in case of earthquake or meteor hit, he says).

I bust Mike's chops every now and then, and send him quotes from other companies. He has always pointed out that they LOOK cheaper, but if we were to get the SAME coverage, the price wouldn't be different. Now, we're not the type to be over-insured, and Mike gets that. But I really appreciate that he's watching out for my family to make sure we're not under-insured either.

I met Mike in 2015 thanks to a friend’s recommendation and he’s been absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful.

When we had our first meeting, I had a lot of questions about how to plan for my future and take care of myself now. He was able to easily and comprehensively break things down in ways that made me know I was going to be in a good spot. His advice on policies and accounts have always led me the right way, and he’s even been able to help me through 2020.

I find the review written by another person has addressed it to the wrong agent. Every time I'm been in Mike's office for a meeting to discuss my business or investments I always notice that there are new agents who try their hand at the insurance industry. I also noticed that after some time their not there anymore. What I can tell you is my history with Michael Basile with Country Financial / Country companies.

I've been working with Mike Basile since 2008. My primary reason to contact Country was to get a quote for business insurance. I went through the process and was very impressed with the type of insurance I qualified for and was really impressed that they were less expensive than all of the other major companies that are out there.

As my company grew and I found that I needed to add workers compensation to my policy once I was able to hire an employee. The rates that I have are still unbeatable by the competition.

Over the year's Mike and I started to talk about investing money for my future. I made some investments into different types of accounts based on Mike's recommendations. Even though our economy has fluctuated greatly in the last decade my investments have grown significantly.

Further down the road my wife and I had started a family and now have 3 beautiful children.
A 6 and 4 year old little girl and a 1 year old little boy. As my business, family and financials grow Mike is always there to make sure we're protected. Having children is a hugh responsibility and again Mike reached out to me to talk about life Insurance. Another great investment fir my family's future..
