I have been working with Sam Gruenberg for the past 12 months, and he has been the most professional broker I dealt with so far. He went the extra mile to give us excellent rates for our trucking company, using insurance companies that are at least A+ rated. He kept all his promises, and has been following up, whenever it was needed. He is not pushy, takes his time to answer your questions, and explain everything very clearly. I am always cautious when I deal with insurance companies, but with Metropolitan, I feel our company is in good hands. I did not hesitate to renew my insurance with metropolitan.

I’m so surprised to see all thireviews because I had a negative experience with them. I think their service depends on whoever represents the company. Diane was very unprofessional, she sent me a quote for a commercial insurance of $5,000 per year, $1,000 down payment, and over $400 per month. And when my car was involved in a hit and run crash, that was when Diane told me my car was not covered that I had a liability. All I heard and knew from the beginning was that I had a commercial insurance. Diane never specified the status (liability or full coverage)of the insurance. That’s very unprofessional and unscrupulous.
