I found their application process to be unfair and bias. I was told that my credit score was extremely low. They gave me a number, I checked and they were about 400 points off. When I called to express my concern with their error, I was told that they use their own credit scoring..? What?. If that was the case , quite honestly, It should have been higher than my actual score. I wasn't impressed.

I was told i didnt have enough credit and that i was in need of a major credit card for my credit its sad that it has come to this i always paid cash but u still need a major credit card.u cannot tell me everyone has a 700 credit score and has a major credit card!!!

This building got a major face lift and it's so much better then it's neighbor building 100 Chenango. Probably because they have different owners. Wonderful building, residents and staff!
