Although I have not come to this office personally, i have dealt with mercury for over 10 years. And honestly is the worst’s insurance you can have. Their customer service is horrible they do not care about their customers. They work as teams and because of that they never give out correct data. Never can talk to same people and their team mate never enter notes. STAY AWAY FROM MERCURY! Worst insurance ever!!

This place blows. They didn't call me and warn me that my policy was expiring. Melissa called me the day after my policy expired. She reentered my info putting me on hold multiple times to tell me I had a 20 day hold before I can activate my insurance after 20 minutes on the phone. I had to shop around for 6 hours to find an agency who will give me insurance today. Not a good agency. Maybe they wanted my policy to expire without telling me. UPDATE: they did not call me like they stated below, why would I receive the call right away telling me my policy was cancelled, and not receive the other calls stated below? I have a call log, nor did I receive the renewal package 30 days ago.

My insurance rate skyrocketed like if I had had an accident. I understand that inflation caused rates to increase but that was not even it. They increased way too much, end of story. I canceled them and switched to another one.
