The staff here is incredibly rude, upon trying to pay for my sales tax for the car I purchased last month, I realized I was about 80.00 short and needed to run to the bank. Tracey made a big show of throwing my papers back to me under the glass divider, I was flustered at the way she was handling this, going on about “well I guess this was a waste. We’re gonna have to start all over when you come back.” & she even refused to write the total down for me and rudely gestured to the pen on my side of the glass. I couldn’t hear her as I have trouble hearing and ended up having to call and ask from the bank about the total. I’m glad I don’t have to go back and can handle it online now that the cars been registered.

They were fast and stayed with that coustmer until tranaction was finished.
One person tried to but in line just to ask a question. He was politely. Told to wait his turn.

I went to Mena to get my drivers license and tags changed from Missouri to Arkansas. The older lady that works there wouldb't give me a list of everything I needed to get that done. I made 4 trips from Vandervoort to Mena before I got things changed over. Someone needs to learn customer survice!! I will go somewhere else next time I need something.

Tracy has the worst customer service! I called and was asking for help and she huffed and puffed about helping me and then put me on hold for another customer "because I guess I wasn't a customer" and then hung up on me..
