I have been going to Members 1st before I could even have my own bank account and I'm 36 years old. The service has not changed. 🙂 Kind hearted people, great smiles and ALWAYS willing to help no matter what the situation is. Anderson where I go mostly, it has a Home feeling but Redding helps you out with a kind laugh too.

Members first has always looked out for me . I appreciate the way they monitor my account to make sure theirs no harm to my.account.. and I can appreciate that.. and I will say this as well if you're looking to join your credit union members first it's the first place you should start

Never had any issues with them until trying to get a HELOC. I was given misinformation and then told that I had to cover the difference out of pocket due to THEIR mistake.

Love this place but sad that they don't have more locations. I recently moved to red bluff but still bank with the anderson locations but it's to the point of me having to change banks because I can't deposit cash unless I go to anderson wish they had more locations besides the two in redding and 1 in anderson.

On line payment service is too frustrating. Such a progressive company with an out dated and not user friendly service is amazing. Just try to set up payments on a new loan, was transferred three times with no help!!! Finally found someone who reluctantly took my payment over the phone.
