Worst customer service ever..They raise my premium..Never bother to tell me, Plus canceled policy , Still they took out premium from bank..Made a small claim..of course denied....Plus they sell your information to other companies.

Probably the worst agency i have ever had to deal with, i was told i was going to get a call back which never happened, originally set up auto pay which also never happened, its funny they didn’t even contact me to get paid what poor service. I would never recommend or go back to this company.

Not very helpful. Always refer you to corporate. Never in office. What's the point of local agents?
