Melissa, Donna, and Sharon are all incredible. I moved from Pueblo years ago and still keep them as my State Farm agent(s) because they are all lovely and go out of their way to take beautiful care of me every single time I call. I had to change State Farm Agents because of aweful follow-thru from my previous Agent. I was lucky to find Melissa. She actually makes herself available to speak to you. I never got past my previous agent's office personnel.
