Customer service is amazing. BUT, only 3stars because I always have to check my auto-payment bill because they do not always file insurance on medications. Every month, I find one or two and have to call customer service to have them make an adjustment. Again, the customer service is AMAZING! They take care of everything. This last experience, the agent actually called me back to let me know what the new invoice amount that would be charged to me. She also noted that there was another medication not filed with insurance from the previous month that I missed so she made sure that was also adjusted down.
UPDATE: Management has been very responsive to the problem and has corrected everything. I was also given a direct phone number for the future if I see any other errors.

I had a problem on my mothers Medication Management invoice. I called the number on her invoice and was immediately connected to VALERIE. She was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me. She found the problem, contacted the insurance company, got us the credit we were due. This was done all on the same day as our first conversation. She even called me the next day to follow up with me. Most companies and employees give you the run around and you have to keep following up with them. Not this company and Valerie. If I were an employer looking for a great employee, that cares, it would be Valerie.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Valerie in billing at Medication Management Partners. Valerie proactively found me a self pay option that reduced a prescription drug cost from $248.00 to $25.00. She worked with me and through the pharmacy to offer this solution. I am very thankful for her knowledge and expertise. It would have been very easy for her to push me aside and move on to the next caller, leaving me in a difficult predicament. Dana was magnificent!
